PRIVACY POLICY

1. The Seller/Service Provider declares that it cares about the privacy of all Buyers and Service Recipients, as well as their representatives, by applying the rules of processing personal data and cookies, which are used by the Online Shops(www.sklepdlarolnika.pl, www.hydraulikamobilna.pl, www.wspomagania.pl, www.hurt.sklepdlarolnika.pl , www.hydrolider.pl). The processing rules have been prepared taking into account GDPR, the General Data Protection Regulation. The administrator of the personal data, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator, is the Seller.

2. Purpose of processing - it depends on the decision of the Buyers / Customers and their representatives, it may be: provision of electronic services, performance of the Sales Agreement or direct marketing of the services offered.

3. Basis of personal data processing - the basis is:

(a) Sales contract or actions taken at the request of the Buyer aimed at concluding it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) .

b) A legal obligation of the Seller, e.g. relating to accounting and tax law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in connection with the relevant accounting and tax law) .

c) Consent ofthe Buyer/Seller and their representatives for the purposes indicated in the statements made (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

d) Contract for the provision of electronic services or actions taken at the request of the Service Recipient with a view to concluding it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

e) Legitimate interest of the Seller to process data in order to establish, assert or defend possible claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

f) The legitimate interest of the Seller in carrying out direct marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

g) The legitimate interest of the Seller in processing data for analytical and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

h) Legitimate interest of the Seller consisting in customer satisfaction surveys (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Provision of personal data - for the conclusion and performance of the Sales Agreement, performance of electronic services and related legal obligations is necessary to the extent indicated by the Seller / Service Provider, as it is a condition for the conclusion and performance of the Sales Agreement and the Electronic Services Agreement, as well as a legal obligation. The provision of data in other cases, in particular if the Seller/Service Provider asks for consent, is fully voluntary.

5. Effect of not providing personal data - depending on the purpose for which the data are provided:

(a) inability to register in the Online Shop,

b) inability to use the services of the Internet Shop,

c) inability to make purchases in the Online Store,

d) inability to receive information on current promotions of the Seller / Service Provider.

6. Possibility of withdrawal of consent for processing of personal data - at any time the Customer/Service Provider and their representatives have the possibility to withdraw consent for processing of personal data, at the same time the processing of data until the withdrawal of consent by the Customer/Service Provider remains lawful.

7. Period of personal data processing - The Administrator will process the personal data of each Buyer/Service Provider and their representatives only for the period in which it has a legal basis for doing so, i.e. until:

(a) there ceases to be a legal obligation on the Seller obliging him to process the personal data of Buyers/Services Users,

b) the possibility of establishing, investigating or defending possible claims related to the agreement concluded by the Online Shop ceases,

c) Buyer / Customer or their representative withdraws consent for the processing of personal data - to the extent to which it was the basis for data processing,

d) an objection of the Buyer / Customer or their representative against the processing of their personal data will be accepted in the case where the basis for the processing of data was a legitimate interest of the controller.

8. Personal data security - when processing personal data, the Seller shall apply organizational and technical measures in compliance with the relevant legal regulations, including the use of encrypted connections with the use of an SSL certificate.

9. Entitlements - each Buyer / Customer and their representatives have - under the terms of the GDPR- the right to request:

a) access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, to request the transfer of data to another controller,

b) to object at any time to the processing of their data - where the basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

10. Ways to exercise one's rights - contact the Seller by email or correspondence. The Buyer/Seller or their representative who considers that their data are being processed unlawfully may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

11. Cookies - online shops: www.sklepdlarolnika.pl, www.hydraulikamobilna.pl, www.wspomagania.pl, www.hurt.sklepdlarolnika.pl, www.hydrolider.pl, like most websites, use so-called cookies. These files are stored in the memory of the Buyer's / Customer's device or their representative (computer, telephone, etc.), enable, among other things, the use of all the functions of the Internet Shop, do not cause changes in the device settings.

12. The Seller/Service Provider places an appropriate message on each website operated by it, where cookies are used. The Buyer/Service Provider may agree to enable cookies. In the following online shops: www.sklepdlarolnika.pl, www.hydraulikamobilna.pl, www.wspomagania.pl, www.hurt.sklepdlarolnika.pl www.hydrolider.pl cookies are used for the following purposes: storing session information, statistics, marketing and providing online shop functions. Using the appropriate options of your browser, it is possible to delete cookies at any time.

14. External services / recipients of personal data - The Seller uses the services of external entities to which the data of Buyers / Customers or their representatives may be transmitted. Below is a list of possible recipients of this data:

(a) provider of the software needed to run the Online Shop,

b) provider of goods delivery,

c) payment provider,

d) accounting office,

e) marketing service provider,

f) provider of statistical services,

g) relevant public authorities to the extent that the Administrator is
obliged to make the data available to them.
